Motion to Continue BZA Hearing on Masonic Development<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Dupont East Civic Action Association (DECAA) is sorry to inform you that yesterday we asked for a continuance of the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) hearing scheduled for this morning at 9:30 because\u00a0our attorney and DECAA Board Member Ed Hanlon became ill, affecting his ability to see. While we await the results of his tests\u00a0and hope for a speedy recovery, the hearing cannot go on without him. The BZA will decide on our motion for a continuance this morning at 9:30 when it convenes. The Board is expected\u00a0then to set a date for the continuance. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience it may\u00a0cause and will keep you posted. More news when we get it.<\/span><\/p>\n
