Patrons cannot find parking or the signs that would direct parking. Two senior women, one of whom had already gotten a $150 ticket, unable to unravel the confusion, drove away in dismay. <\/span><span style=\"font-size:14pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:black;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial\">Yesterday, a disoriented senior in 50-degree temperatures wearing a T-shirt was trekking up 17<sup>th<\/sup> St. with a walker in the Protected Bike Lane looking for a weed and smoke shop. He was able to walk in the protected bike lane safely because, despite the confusion and mayhem the DDOT 17<sup>th<\/sup> St. Bike Plan is causing, there is no bike traffic in the Protected Bike Lane.
