In a presentation tonight at Dupont ANC 2B\u2019s Land Use Committee,&nbsp;DECAA challenges the Zoning Administrator\u2019s approval of the Masonic lot subdivision of November 2020, in preparation for a hearing at the Board of Zoning Adjustment May 12. <\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif\">DECAA is organizing opposition to the proposed oversized, inappropriate development behind the Masonic Temple at 16<sup>th<\/sup> and S Streets, NW.
