I attended an ANC1A sponsored meeting last night and it was clear from a Community Development standpoint, some seem to evaluate an outdoor space for a business’s Wine Bar is a “Community Benefit” in the same way a Park or affordable housing is considered a “Community Benefit”.
I am I off base in thinking this “nuts”? Or am I just not in touch with new community values and priorities.
