It tells me a lot about the mindset of our government when DMPED books its Small Business Retail Summit at The Line, given the The Line’s failure to meet Tax Abatement hiring goals in such a controversial and high profile manner.
On the other hand, it’s consistent with the agency’s tone deafness.
