Motion to Continue BZA Hearing on Masonic Development
Dupont East Civic Action Association (DECAA) is sorry to inform you that yesterday we asked for a continuance of the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) hearing scheduled for this morning at 9:30 because our attorney and DECAA Board Member Ed Hanlon became ill, affecting his ability to see. While we await the results of his tests and hope for a speedy recovery, the hearing cannot go on without him. The BZA will decide on our motion for a continuance this morning at 9:30 when it convenes. The Board is expected then to set a date for the continuance. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience it may cause and will keep you posted. More news when we get it.
